ABOUT CHRIST'S CHURCH OF YUKON
"Christ's Church exists to introduce people to Jesus, connect them with other Christians, help them grow in their faith, discover their purpose and honor God with their life."
THE GREAT COMMANDMENT:
"Jesus said, 'Love the Lord your God with all your heart...soul...and mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: Love your neighbor as yourself. All the Law and Prophets hang on these two commandments.'" Matthew 22:36-40
THE GREAT COMMISSION:
"Jesus said, 'Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.'" Matthew 28:19-20
OUR AFFILIATION:
Christ's Church was started as and has continued to be a non-denominational Christian Church. We have an affiliation with the Independent Christian Churches in the United States. There are approximately 5,000 Christian churches like us across America.
We are an independent church! There is no denominational control or hierarchy, as there are in most other denominations. Each church is self-governed and determines its own affairs.
