Parent's Day Out (PDO) Program

Our Parent's Day Out program at Christ's Church of Yukon was created as a ministry of our church to meet the needs of families in the community looking for part-time childcare. Our goal is to build valuable and lasting relationships with families, provide excellent loving care of the children in our care, and above all, keep Christ at the center of who we are, and all we do.

Our program offers play-based learning through unstructured, structured, and creative play. We explore fun and exciting themes, do arts and crafts, and have chapel time each day. 


Program Overview

Fall/Spring Semester

Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays
Time: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Ages: 15 months – 4 years
Start Date: September 9th, 2025

Note: PDO follows the Yukon Public Schools calendar for holidays and breaks

Summer Semester

Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays
Time: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Ages: 15 months – 1st Grade (6 years)
Dates: June 10th – July 31st (Closed the week of July 4th)

Note: The Summer Semester is a standalone session focusing on summer fun.


Program Fees

One Time Fees

  • Enrollment Fee:

    • $50 for one child

    • $75 for two children

    • $100 for three or more children

    • Enrollment fees must be paid to hold your spot and are non-refundable.

  • Activity Fee: $10 per child (summer session only)

Program Cost
(Summer Semester):

  • Cost for 7 Weeks: $350 per child

  • Multi-Child Discount: Save $25 for each additional child

  • Payment Due Date: All fees are due by June 10th. Contact the PDO Director if a payment plan is necessary.


How to Register

  1. Complete the Enrollment Form:

    • Access the form online. Enrollment must be confirmed before any payments are made. 

  1. Review the PDO Handbook:

    • Ensure you are familiar with program policies and expectations.

  1. Submit Payment:

    • Pay the enrollment fee online to secure your child's spot after enrollment has been confirmed

    • Monthly tuition can also be paid online for the Fall/Spring Semester. A convenience fee is added for online payments. Payments accepted include cash, checks made out to CCY PDO, or online payment

    • Full payment for the Summer Semester is due by June 10th. If you need to set up a payment plan, please contact the director.


FAQ

1. What happens if my child misses a day?

Tuition covers the spot reserved for your child, so missed days are non-refundable.

2. Are snacks provided?

Parents are asked to pack lunch for their child each day. Snacks are shared.
